Dahi Fulki Recipe: Crispy Urad Dal Balls Soaked in Spiced Yogurt & Chutneys

Ingredients:
1 bowl urad dal, 2 bowls curd, 2 teaspoons cumin powder, red chili powder, coriander-chili chutney, tamarind chutney, coriander, pomegranate seeds, oil for frying
Method:
First soak the urad dal for five to six hours. Then crush it in a mixer. Now add one teaspoon oil, salt and a pinch of soda to it and fry it for ten minutes. Now heat oil in a pan. Make small balls of cucumber in it and fry them. Now add some sugar to curd and make it smooth. Arrange the balls on a plate and then add curd, coriander-chili chutney, tamarind chutney, cumin powder, red chili and coriander as well as pomegranate seeds on it and serve.
