Vegetable Handwa
Ingredients:
1 bowl of rice,
1 bowl of chickpeas, adadani,
mung mixed lentils,
ginger-chili paste,
coriander, salt, one nugget,
peas,
2 nuggets,
half-routine spice,
mucus,
pudding,
pudding.
Method:
First, soak the rice and all lentils for seven hours. Now take its water in a mixture of water. Now let it ferment for five hours. Now mix milk, potatoes and chopped onions, peas, ginger-chili paste, salt, coriander and all spices in this mixture. Now put oil in a nonstick pan and pour the mustard, cumin, lemon, sesame seeds, cayenne. Now cover for seven to eight minutes on a slow gas. Now turn the breeze. Keep five minutes on the other side. So the vegetable is ready. Serve this hand with garlic sauce.
