Dabeli Balls
Ingredients:
6 pieces of bread,
4 large boiled potatoes,
2 teaspoons of dabeli masala,
bread crumbs, chopped coriander,
oil for frying
Method:
First mash the boiled potatoes. Now put oil in a non-stick pan and add dabeli masala and stir. Now add boiled potatoes and mix well. Add salt as required and stir. Add chopped coriander on top. Now cut the edges around the bread, soak the bread in water and drain it. Now put the prepared potato mixture in the bread and make round balls. Now roll it in bread crumbs. Heat oil in a pan. Fry all the dabeli balls till golden brown. Serve it with sauce.
